Talos is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage invoicing and collections for our growing client base. The successful candidate will be experienced using QuickBooks and will enjoy working through complex tasks. The position involves working with the Project Management group to gather invoicing information, preparing accurate and detailed invoices, and working with clients to ensure that Talos is paid promptly for the work that we do.
This position requires working on-site in our Richland office for one day each week. Exact work hours are flexible. Between 4 and 8 hours per week is expected.
