In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the countrys most critical role - protecting our national security./ppWhy Join Us?/pulliInnovative Projects: KBRs work is at the forefront of engineering, logistics, operations, science, program management, mission IT and cybersecurity solutions./liliCollaborative Environment: Be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation, fostering a supportive and intellectually stimulating workplace./liliImpactful Work: Your contributions will be pivotal in designing and optimizing defense systems that ensure national security and shape the future of space defense./li/ulpThis position is contingent upon contract award/ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliPerform all functions of personnel (government, civilian, military, and contractor) travel for official government business/liliNotify in-country representatives of expected travel, attain country clearances and assist travelers with fulfilling screening requirements and attaining travel advisories/liliEnsure compliance with all regulations and obtain the necessary approvals/liliCoordinate travel reservations for staff/contractors for airline, car rentals, and hotel accommodations/liliData entry of travel information into designated repository to maintain program level deployment records/liliAssist in identifying known and unknown risks and dependencies related to travel and current events in international locations/liliCoordinate with external travel office entities to ensure itineraries, in-country transportation, and lodging align with scheduled deployment dates/liliValidate incoming and outgoing personnel information to satisfy daily personnel reporting requirements/li/ulpQualifications Required:/pulliBachelors Degree with a thorough understanding of logistics associated with personnel deployments overseas preferred/liliMinimum of 5 years experience required/liliTS/SCI with Polygraph/liliSome travel required/li/ulpAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
