Qualifications

• 15+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within CPG or lifestyle brands
• Proven experience in developing strategic, innovative, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Creative, curious, and consumer-focused; comfortable taking calculated risks and driving innovation.
• Possesses strong business acumen with the ability to align brand-building efforts with measurable commercial impact.
• Capable of navigating effectively within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
• Experienced as an authentic brand advocate, storyteller, curator, and clear communicator.
• Track record of successfully leading high-performing teams and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Exemplary leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting demanding deadlines.
• Deep understanding and embodiment of the Red Bull culture and lifestyle.
• Bachelor\'s Degree required; MBA preferred.
