Job Description

Qualifications

15+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within CPG or lifestyle brands
Proven experience in developing strategic, innovative, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Creative, curious, and consumer-focused; comfortable taking calculated risks and driving innovation.
Possesses strong business acumen with the ability to align brand-building efforts with measurable commercial impact.
Capable of navigating effectively within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
Experienced as an authentic brand advocate, storyteller, curator, and clear communicator.
Track record of successfully leading high-performing teams and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
Exemplary leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting demanding deadlines.
Deep understanding and embodiment of the Red Bull culture and lifestyle.
Bachelor\'s Degree required; MBA preferred.
