Join our dynamic team as a Solo Class A CDL Truck Driver! We have an excellent opportunity for you to thrive in your driving career with Ryder.

You can expect a competitive paycheck starting at $1800 or more per week, and it just keeps getting better!

• Weekly pay for all drivers.
• At least every other weekend at home.
• Willingness to drive into Canada is required.
• Earn $0.63 per mile with an average of 2000 - 2500 miles weekly.
• Receive $16.37 for each van stop, plus $107.56 for every dry van unload.
• Average of 8-10 stops per week.
• Rolling stop pay: $28.20.
• Quarterly Safety Bonus: $250.
• Loyalty Bonuses: $2000 at 6 months and another $2000 at 1 year.
• Paid training provided.

As a Ryder driver, you will deliver solo from North Dakota to Texas and all states east, along with Canada. All trucks are equipped with sleeping facilities, and you'll be working with the safest fleet in the industry.

• Engage in freight delivery that requires hand unloading; loads may involve commercial and residential garage doors.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background checks.
• Valid Class A CDL with endorsements.
• No less than 9 months driving experience in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, or 5 years in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Assist in loading and unloading freight as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
