About the Role

The Company is seeking a Deputy COO to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a private family's residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards. This includes supervising household staff, coordinating with vendors, and managing ongoing maintenance, budgets, and projects across a portfolio of homes. The role also involves serving as the primary point of contact for property-level operations, with a focus on providing hands-on oversight and ensuring seamless household experiences. The Deputy COO will be expected to have a minimum of ten years' of proven experience in a similar senior executive role, with significant experience in luxury residential property and facilities management. Applicants for the Deputy COO position at the company should have a strong background in financial, legal, and administrative management, as well as in human resources and vendor management. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in all aspects of luxury residential development, design, and construction project management. The ideal candidate will be adept in personal service, residential property and home management, and have a familiarity with equine and ranch operations. They must be tech-savvy, with advanced knowledge of both Google and Apple products, and possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. The Deputy COO will be expected to be a discreet, self-starting individual with a hands-on attitude, and the ability to work closely with the family to promote a productive and congenial environment.
