  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm\n
  • Shifts per Week: 5\n
  • Shift Duration: 8 hours per day\n
  • Weekly Hours: 40\n
  • Assignment Duration: Approximately 15 weeks, with potential for extension\n
  • Start Date: Monday, December 29th (preferred) or Monday, January 5th\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $689 - $766\n
\n\nAccounts Payable Clerk Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, finance, or accounting jobs\n
  • High School Diploma required; college degree in accounting or finance preferred\n
  • Intermediate knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and Microsoft Excel\n
  • Proficiency in Workday accounting software is required \n
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills\n
  • Ability to manage high-volume phone activity and maintain organized department files\n
  • Experience resolving vendor issues with Purchasing and other healthcare departments\n
  • Must be able to work on-site five days a week (no hybrid or remote options)\n
\n\nAccounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities\n

  • Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness\n
  • Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices\n
  • Enter data into the Workday accounting system\n
  • Prepare payment runs and reconcile vendor statements\n
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships\n
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies\n
  • Identify and resolve vendor issues in coordination with Purchasing and other healthcare departments\n
