Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior AV Technician based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Senior AV Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of audio-visual systems. Day-to-day tasks will include managing and performing installations, ensuring optimal operation of AV equipment, such as video conferencing systems, lighting, and projectors, and providing technical support to clients. The candidate will also assist in training users and ensuring client satisfaction with solutions deployed.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Audio-Visual (AV) Systems and proficiency in troubleshooting
• Experience with Video Conferencing solutions and Projector setup and maintenance
• Understanding of Lighting systems and their integration into AV setups
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate with clients effectively
• Previous experience in AV integration or a related field preferred
• Certifications such as Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or equivalent are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as needed
