Key Responsibilities: - Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance.
- Drive process improvements and support system enhancements.
Ideal Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or public accounting environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Salary: $75,000 to $90,000
