We are seeking a reliable, grounded, and emotionally intelligent Personal Assistant / Body Double to support an adult with ADHD in daily tasks, organization, and follow-through. This role is not about doing everything for someone its about working alongside them to provide structure, momentum, and accountability.The ideal candidate is calm, encouraging, and proactive, with an intuitive understanding of how focus, motivation, and overwhelm work especially for neurodivergent adults.Key Responsibilities:Provide body doubling support: being physically present to help initiate and sustain focus on tasksAssist with task initiation, sequencing, and time awarenessHelp break large or overwhelming tasks into manageable stepsOffer gentle reminders, redirection, and encouragement without judgmentSupport with light administrative tasks (scheduling, lists, filing, etc)Assist with home organization, decluttering, light housework, and setup of systems (as agreed)Accompany or assist with errands or appointments when neededHelp maintain routines and productivity systems (calendars, to-do lists, reminders)Communicate clearly about progress, obstacles, and next steps
