We are a national logistics company looking for qualified Agents or Employees in the South Texas area. We offer a very flexible compensation package suited to the wants of the right individual. This position offers flexible work hours and pay.

• Must have an established book of business with opportunities to expand with our existing customer base
• 3 years of experience in the freight brokerage business
• must possess excellent communication skills to succeed with both freight customers and carrier customers
• Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
• Experience with computer software and TMS systems
• Experience with load boards and GPS tracking
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful

We offer a variety of compensation packages customized to meet the needs of the individual: as an Agent or Employee. Our straight commission package is very competitive. We also offer a salary plus commission package. As an employee we provide an employee retirement package plus health insurance. Our motivation is to accommodate the best situation for the applicant.
