Hiring an HR Data Analyst to support data-driven HR initiatives. Role includes analyzing HR metrics, building dashboards, supporting workforce planning, improving HR processes, and ensuring data accuracy.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in HR/Business/Statistics
• 2+ years in HR analytics
• Strong Excel, Power BI/Tableau, HRIS experience
• Excellent analytical & communication skills
• Knowledge of employment laws
Preferred: SQL, predictive analytics, HR certification (SHRM-CP/PHR)
